Judging by the image this is essentially a prompt randomizer, rather than a story randomizer, is that right? That is to say, it gives you a randomized prompt with which to write a story, rather than a randomized story itself?

Could you give me more information about your error? The file is a .html and needs to be loaded through your internet browser. Fairly positive you don't need the internet to run it, just the browser.
