AR14 says that anything goes with any asset made with their character creator so I'm sharing my characters for free to be used for literally whatever you want commercial or otherwise. The premium package is to compensate me for my time. 

Sprites are PNG format. These sprites are 640 x 1280 so that they can fit into a most backgrounds. Sizing down in your game program or in a art program is recommended to fit the size of your project. If you have any questions or requests, feel free to ask.
